- I am the residential owner and occupier of the property, my property is not a mobile or park home and that my property is not left unoccupied for more than 60 consecutive days.
- The insured property and the items to be covered under this policy are in a good state of repair and don’t have any current or pre-existing issues, faults or problems.
- I have read and understood that if I purchase this policy to claim on an item that is already faulty, this will be considered a fraudulent claim and will be rejected.
- The boiler in the property is not over 15 years old.
- I understand that boiler cover will not start until 14 days after my boiler(s) has been registered and that I will not be able to make a claim if my boiler(s) is not registered.
- Any incidents occurring in the first 14 days of the policy start date will not be covered.
- I have read and agree to the Enhanced Policy Wording , Boiler Service Terms & Conditions and Enhanced Insurance Product Information Document .
