What does our boiler cover include?

Our boiler cover and insurance ensures you receive protection after experiencing a complete breakdown of your domestic boiler and/or central heating system. Our boiler cover includes a visit from one of our UK approved, qualified engineers, the cost of providing temporary or permanent repair, as well as guaranteed repair work for up to 12 months in the case of permanent repair. With our boiler cover, you can also add on central heating cover and a yearly gas boiler service. Please see full details in our policy document handbook.

What does our boiler cover NOT include?

Here are few examples of what our boiler insurance does not cover, please see our policy document handbook for more details:

• Boilers over 15 years old or over 238,000 btu net input (70 Kilowatt)
• Water tank, cylinder and central heating radiator replacement
• Intermittent faults that cannot be fixed by our engineers at the time of call out
• Renewable energy systems
• Lack of maintenance or neglect of your boiler by you
